The GrayFit Process

One program.Nine parts.

A coach checks an athlete's hip mobility on a treatment table during a movement screen
01
Step 01 / 09

Assessment & movement screen

Every athlete starts here. We screen how they move, find imbalances and set a baseline, so the plan is built for them, not a template.

We partner with Dr. Colby Lovelace at Lovelace Chiropractic for a KAMS 3D movement assessment. Gray Fit clients get 50% off. Book your 3D movement assessment. It takes about 20 minutes, right across the street.

Start with step 01

02
Step 02 / 09

Flexibility & activation

Wake up the right muscles before the work starts. Better range of motion means cleaner, safer reps.

03
Step 03 / 09

Injury reduction

We correct the imbalances found in the screen to help keep athletes in the game and off the sidelines.

Speed & footwork

First step, acceleration and change of direction: the quickness that shows up on the court and field.

Strength & hypertrophy

Age-appropriate strength work, built in NASM training phases, for a durable, powerful base.

Explosive power & jump technique

Turn strength into power. Jump mechanics and plyometrics for a higher vertical.

Step 07 / 09

Resistance training

Bands, Vertimax and TRX add load to sport movements without slowing athletes down.

Sport-specific conditioning

Conditioning matched to the demands of each sport, so athletes finish games as strong as they start.

Muscle recovery & nutrition

Recovery is part of the program, not an afterthought. Athletes recover under the same roof they train in, so they come back ready for the next session.

  • Muscle recovery sessions in the studio
  • Simple fueling habits for athletes and parents
  • Recovery Membership: $250/mo unlimited, or $80 drop-in. GrayFit athletes get 50% off.

We partner with Dr. Colby at Lovelace Chiropractic, where GrayFit athletes get a KAMS 3D movement scan at 50% off. It takes about 20 minutes, right across the street.
